There have been a few questions on how to register for racing, hopefully this walkthrough helps.
The basic confusion is that on the MCA system (CCN), there are two tasks you need to perform, both of them sound like Registration and both of them start the same way. Which makes it seem like you're doing the first registration all over again, when in reality, you're not.
Assuming you have completed MCA Registration, your Shopping Cart should look like this:

- Your Rider(s) is registered with MCA for $100 each
- There is $0.00 associated with the CPOMG team they are registered with
- You are missing the Race Registration

Select the "Register" button on the center of the page.
This will take you to the following page where you select the person you want to register for racing. This is the exact same format as when you registered for MCA, so it feels like you are repeating the same steps, but note that it says "Race Season" at the top of the page.

On the next page select the races your rider will be attending. The SuperPass discount will be applied when you get to the shopping cart. Select "Next" when done.
On the next screen, confirm your race selections, then select "Complete and proceed to cart"
On the Shopping Cart page, you should now see the Races listed on the left and the total amount updated:
- MCA Registration for $100
- CPOMG for $0
- MCA Races for $150
